"Best customer service"
My software was no longer supported i contacted customer service, friendly, fast to reply , and very helpful when I couldn't figure out what to do. Everything is working fine now . I have always enjoyed using TrackS by IK Multimedia, and after dealing with customer service I definitely will remain a loyal customer!

"5 star customer service"
I purchased a new iRig Pro I/O on eBay but the unit would not work with my iPhone or iPod. I contacted their support team and they provided me a new lightning port adapter cable and fixed the problem. I was afraid since I purchased on eBay that they would not cover any warranty issues but they didn’t even question it since I had receipts. Their service was very prompt and professional. I’m impressed.
